Lose It!

Does anyone use the website Lose It to track calories?

I am absolutely obsessed with this website. It's really great for maintaining and losing weight because it offers so many guidelines and settings to track calories consumed and calories burned. If y'all use this website, add me (Hannah H) as a friend!!

  1. I have a calorie tracker app on my phone that's like this one, and I'm obsessed! I love being able to keep track of what I've eaten.

  2. I have the iphone app and it is great! The editor of men's health said that keeping a food diary is one of the best was to count calories and maintain healthy habits! It is super handy to have!
