Even though I was the head of my extracurricular baby, the Baking Club, my senior year, I wasn't the super baker because of how much work I had to do during the school year. I made the occasional funfetti cupcakes, but it was really my mother that was the baker extraordinaire. She makes sugar cookies that are actually famous at my old high school! So, I decided to give baking cookies a try.
There's a recipe on the top of the Quaker Quick Oats container for oatmeal raisin cookies that I used a couple of days ago. I am not a huge fan of raisins, so instead I used my favorite craisins as a substitute! The recipe was super easy and the cookies turned out fabulously well!
I am very proud of my first batch of cookies, so I literally took 20 pictures of them at different stages of the baking process...at multiple "artsy" angles. I bought myself a camera for graduation so I thought it would be the perfect time to experiment with the different programs!
What do y'all like to bake? Let me know!
Have a great day!!
xoxo, Hannah

I have a folder of cookie recipes on my iPad. My favourites to bake are classic chocolate chip cookies, trail mix cookies, and German chocolate fudge cookies - they're to die for! They were always super popular at my sorority bake sales!

I looove to bake. I find it so rewarding- my grandmother has passed all her recipes to me, and taught me how to make each one. Everytime I bake I think of her!She says that baking is a life skill- and I must agree.
